Does Qsmart IPTV contain any channels ? Where can I get a playlist ?
No, Qsmart IPTV application does not include any channels and no information will be provided about where you can get channels or channel packages. Also, application developers are not responsible for the content uploaded to Qsmart IPTV.
What types of devices are supported by Qsmart IPTV ?
Right now only original Samsung Tizen TV´s and Android Devices are supported LG WEBOS will be released soon ..
Slow Loading when Browsing between categories ?
First, go to settings and reset the playlist . If that doesn't help try reducing the number of Live channels, Series, and movies and see if the problem is solved.
Streams take a long time to load or keep buffering ?
Common buffering problems are due to a slow internet connection or stream source that has issues. We have integrated a speedtest function into the Qsmart IPTV player, go to settings and test your internet connection, we recommend at least 10 megabits per second of internet download speed to play streams flawlessly. If you have tested internet speed and channels still buffer contact your playlist provider.
I bought a new tv and want to transfer my activation license to the new one ? ?
Yes you can transfer your subscription to the new tv by sending us an email , use Qsmartec@gmail.com , make sure you send a photo of your tv mac address. Processing time is up to 3 days. emails without proof of " PHOTO of activated mac address" will not be answered.
